I have never bought a car before and he helped me ever step of the way! I than cane back in on Monday and Byron (and others) worked with me for 4 hours. He was willing to listen and help us get through purchasing a used Kia Soul. The car is in fantastic shape. We were here to see a different car but it wasn't to our specifications. He assisted in every way he could. Being patient with other customers while still assisting us in as timely a manner as he could. If and when I am ready to buy another new car I am hoping he is available.
