I would love to give Big shout out to Mrs. Faye for being awesome and for Dr. Rehka who is the only doctor I would ever take any of my kids to! Thank you for all you do and have done for all 4 of my kids in last many years.
Yesterday was the first time using Summit Pediatrics. I went with my daughter to take my grand daughter and was very pleased. The staff is excellent, we didn’t have the long wait and of course Dr. Recha is amazing.
I’d leave 0 stars if I could. But this place right here should be turned back into a restaurant with how slow service is and how dependable or lack there of they are. Nice people, don’t get me wrong but lack of experience and work ethic and professionalism is something that should not be allowed for people caring for/checking children. My son will never go here again. After a long month of trying to get his medical records sent over to another pediatrics, nothing, so tomorrow I’ll be going in there if they’re open. Thank you all for the care y'all give to my children. I changed to them in 2012 and I still til this day I do not regret it.
Summit pediatrics will no longer be seeing our son. As new parents, we want the best care for him and I don’t feel that doctors and nurses who refuse to return phone calls or give us answers to questions about our child are ones who necessarily “care”. If my child was very sick I’d like to know that I had a pediatrician that would return calls the very first second they could, one that would go out of their way to put the children and their parents first.
