TLDR: Great floorplans, great area and people to work with, poor build quality and a rushed build causing headaches years down the road. Love the floorplans, customization options and had an amazing experience through the entire build process. However the flooring selections are overpriced and even the design studio employees acknowledge that most just get the base options then replace later. Everyone we dealt with throughout the homebuying process was friendly and efficient. Cannot say enough good things about the sales people, design center employee, and field manager!
I did not build a home with Fischer. We ended up cancelling our build for various reasons. The salesman Matt Gleitz got us our deposit back and was very accommodating. We really appreciated him.
Be aware!!! These are a bunch of scammers! They will get your money, lie to you and keep your money. I should have known better. These people gave me bad vibes when I visited their office. Find a different place. Everything will change from the beginning until you signed the contract. They will make up any excuse to keep your deposit.
