What a horrible, vile place to live. Make sure you have a locking gas cap and don't keep anything valuable in your car. Residents will steal gas, stereos and patio furniture. Parking is always a nightmare. The walls are thin and the ceilings are wood so you can always hear your neighbors talking, screaming kids and dogs barking.
