Very disappointing. Had nothing to offer unless the patient has cancer or something like COPD. Edit. We tried again four years after the first try. The (different) doctor said she was trained by the first doctor and would not admit my daughter to palliative care because she didn't have cancer, COPD, or heart failure. She admitted in her notes that she had not read my daughter's chart before the visit and did not know some of my daughter's diagnoses. Who practices that way? I cannot say enough about Dr. Schramm & Stacy! I am so grateful for their support during the time I cared for my Gram. They saw past her dementia and respected her on a personal level while most doctors didn’t even try to speak to her, addressing all questions to me. They truly care about their patients and even called to check on my family when we lost my Gram in May. My only regret is not finding this team sooner. RIP Dr. Fern V. Piret

This is truly an amazing team. My father recently passed away and without their compassion and knowledge I would have been lost. They simplified what all of the doctors said for my father and I to better understand. With their guidance, we were able to come up with a plan for his care and comfort. I will forever be grateful to them!
