Between myself and my husband we've had 8 surgeries. His both shoulders, Knee scope and Knee replacement. Myself scoped both knees and 7 years later had to scope one knee again as I put off replacement also had to work on my foot. We have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Surface and his staff. Annie is wonderful, and so are the rest of the staff always willing to go that extra bit to help you out.
Staff is always nice ! Dr.Surface is always nice and explains things well .. Has taken great care of me from the time I started seeing him in early 2015 couldn’t ask for a better Dr ! Also has taken great care of my husband and Brother ! Highly recommended summit orthopedic and Dr Surface
Summit Ortho has the nicest staff and were so helpful with my family!!!! Annie is the bomb!!!!! She explained everything thoroughly and got straight to the point!!!! We will definitely recommend this practice!!!!!!
I took a day off work, drove from Beckley to Charleston, I was told to bring in the xray report, which the hospital faxed to their office, and my 9 year old daughter was refused to be seen without the actual xray. I was told by the hospital that Summit had to call them to get the actual xray. Now through no fault of mine or my 9 year old, I missed a day of work, and wasted time and gas from Charleston for NOTHING! Shame on this Dr's office!
I been with Dr. Surface through 2knee replacements broken hand broken hip and he always makes mend and get healthy again. Just like the way he listens to his patients and takes time with them.
Great doctor I WANT TO SAY THANKS TO DR SURFACE AND STAFF FOR GETTING ME ON THE WAY TO FIXING MY KNEE PROBLEM .....
