Dr. Ludwig and his staff were wonderful during my wisdom teeth extraction! Miles City is very lucky to have them traveling to the brand new oral surgery building so regularly. Highly recommended.
My 17 year old son, who has autism, got his wisdom teeth out yesterday. The staff was amazing and patient. They answered his many questions and made him at ease.
I had a very bad experience with another oral surgeon in Billings and needed to see him to relieve sever pain that afternoon. To no avail. I called Dr. Griffeth and within 15 minutes I was treated for a dry socket. Dr. Griffeth came to his office where I met him and had relief immediately. I then decided to have Dr Griffeth to do my implants even though my reg dentist suggested Dr X. I don't get a chance to go to dentists much, especially oral surgeons, but this office was awesome. The ladies at the front desk were very informative, the nurses and surgeons were especially nice. I did not feel like an outsider, I felt welcomed as did the patient, my daughter while we were there. This is definitely the place I will go if I ever need an oral surgeon!!
Best experience EVER! Had no plan on getting any work done when I went in for a"consult," but an hour and a half later I was out the door with three implants. Great doctor, and great staff. Every one of them deserves a raise ;-)
