Horrid patient care. rude remarks and talking down. unsympathetic and just plain rude. worst dentist iv ever been to in my life.
RecommendedWith the outbreak of the virus they went out of the way to keep the place sanitized and spotless. They were very professional and had to handle people That were out of hand that did not want to practice the 6 ft safe distance rule. I praise Summit oral for the great job of Taking care of me and my wife. Thanks for being our first responders.
we made an appointment and called saying we might be 5 to 10 minutes late...put us on hold and told us to rush....had a car full of our kids since the wife was going to be put under and i needed to drive her......showed up 1 minute late after an hour + drive there just to be turned away for being late. i have pictures of 6 to 7 feet tall walls of snow i shovelled to make it there in time. extremely rude! my road wasnt plowed so we were slowed a little

Worst office staff I have ever encountered, and I get care at the VA sometimes. They were arrogant and condescending both to myself and another veteran who was there ahead of me. I have no idea how good the Doctors are, and now will never know. Pick someplace else to go, there are many in the valley to chose from.

Our son had to have his wisdom teeth removed, but due to addiction....was not able to be medicated...this office was first class from start to finish!
They were fantastic!! From start to finish, they were friendly and caring. The doctor was so kind and compassionate, he was very concerned about getting my husband in quickly, which was a relief. We would highly recommend them to any family or friend!
