I moved here just recently. From the very first moment of the interview with Cheryl was a smooth transition. Once in the apartment it has been a pleasant place to be. The manager Cheryl is very easy to deal with and very respectful and kind. The people who live here are happy to help a new-comer that has questions. It's a very friendly place. My In-Laws moved into Summit Oaks the Fall of 2021. During the three years that they resided there we found the management to be very responsive and helpful especially when there were any maintenance items that needed to be addressed. The complex was always exceptionally clean and so inviting especially with their beautiful seasonal and holiday decorations.
