I wouldnt recommend this place. i would have 3 yrs ago when everyrhing was peaceful. I would say why but then I'll get Harassed about EVERYTHING I do

She worked so very hard for us and did not give up on us and in the end we got something even better than we wanted to begin with!!! Absolutely do not buy here, we lived here or should I say we were trapped here many years. the office and company that owns this place make it impossible to sell your home on your own. We had to sign a contract with the office to sell they take 10% ,and they did absolutely nothing to help with paper work it was always some excuse and I had to set everything up with our buyers myself. please whatever you do don't live here. we put up posts of things that we are selling on the post board down by the mailbox. When we sell the item we go and take down the post and put it up a new one of other things we are selling. I don't know who the SOB is taking down our stuff but everybody but one person that lives here is a sob please save yourself do not live here. now the headquarters of Crystal Springs yes communities will post that you were to call them. Try to call them they don't answer the phone.
