If i could do no stars i would. My nails took an hour and look like a child did them. DONT COME HERE. WASTE OF TIME.
It was my first time coming in and I wanted to do full service, I told them this. She had me sit and wait for 25 mins, started and when I asked about the soak off for my acrylics, she suddenly wasn’t able to. There was a full staff and supposedly nobody could do the soak off on my acrylics or do anything as far as the manicure. She had already started my pedi when she told me this so I felt stuck there. Got the basic pedi instead and left.
Mom and I have been coming here for 2 years and everyone are great!! Truly take great care of us! Tina, Tram, Lee, Bat always take amazing care of us! Truly commendable
