Dr. Turley is truly a great dentist but unfortunately I can’t say the same for Dr. Boyce. I was forced out of the office after a simple disagreement over the procedure I had just received and paid for. I got a deep clean and all of a sudden my tooth is in excruciating pain and now is breaking. I have a huge hole in my tooth. They didn’t even hear me out and immediately threatened to call the police. I think he’s either racist or intimidated by African Americans. So much for the customers always right.
I was over charged!! I explained to Kelli that I only pay 30% of the cost of crown. She said she called my insurance & that they only pay $272 toward the cost of the crown of $1332. After leaving & not getting a receipt as I requested, I talked to my insurance, they said I was overcharged & should not have been charged more than 30% of the crown & confirmed they pay 70% of my specific crown. To all, I had a denture repaired at your location this week. I feel a need to report the results. We had roasting ears, AKA corn on the cob, tonight for supper. The corn was wonderful and the denture worked as good as new. Thanks for the super service and a reasonable price.

I can not say enough about this place!!! I am from out of state and due to covid 19 my much needed root canal was put off for months. Today was that poor tooth’s final straw when I bit into something and it broke off pretty much to the gum line!! A tooth you can definitely see when I talk and smile. I called their office and they squeezed me in and Dr Kyle Boyce looked at my xrays and said it would be challenging. We were hoping there was enough tooth to save it with a root canal and crown. I Would like to give a shout out to Dr. Racheal Karabas and her staff at Summit Modern Dentistry. Just a couple of days ago I had a Crown put on, and Dr. Racheal Karabas was so professional, so pleasant, very helpful in explaining my options, and how the crown would be made in house. Fantastic dental offices. Comfortable, clean, modern technology, friendly and knowledgeable staff, transparent consultation. Services are great and affordable.
I tend to put dental work on the back burner because I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to any trip to the dentist. I went in today with extreme tooth pain. I’ve never been to this office before but I was super happy with the overall experience! Everyone was so welcoming and kind, from the office staff to the hygienist to the dentist. Dr Karabas was amazing and I’m so happy to have finally found my new dentist!
