I enjoy having a one stop shop for our family. Pediatric/ primary care/ everything in one place. Thank you to all the hard working staff here.
Came here for blood work, not to see a doctor. Waited for 55 minutes to get called in. The lady at the front desk was rude checking me in and when asked how long given I had waited 35 minutes already, she didn’t have an answer and just asked me to wait. Don’t waste your time here. Go elsewhere.
I was frustrated when my provider was changed for the third time at the practice my daughter and I used to visit, so I decided to search for a new option nearby. That’s when I found Summit Health, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The staff and doctors are incredibly kind and attentive, and I love that they offer everything I need in one place— from gynecology and mammograms to dermatology. It’s so convenient and reassuring to have access to such comprehensive care under one roof. Highly recommend!
If the clinic opens at 7am, why doesn’t the appointment line open at the same time? They are also always late in changing from the night time ‘on-call’ to the staffed appointment service.
Dr. Dhara Shah is very knowledgeable and present during her appointments. The front desk staff are very welcoming and supportive. The PA explained what the stress tests entails and answered all my questions; and the technician/assistant went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable!
