My son needed to see a dermatologist somewhat urgently and the soonest they could fit me in was 2 months out. They checked all locations and found a earlier cancellation here in Montclair and scheduled my son's appointment. I showed up and they had no record of that appointment. They said they earliest appointment they have was the one in 2 months.
Literally a NIGHTMARE to deal with their billing department. Never returns calls and bills you even when your EOB says you owe $0. Impossible to speak to anyone who can help. I was advised that the representative was part of a call center and had no way of escalating. Over 6 months trying to address this issue. Disgusting.
I enjoy having a one stop shop for our family. Pediatric/ primary care/ everything in one place. Thank you to all the hard working staff here.
Came here for blood work, not to see a doctor. Waited for 55 minutes to get called in. The lady at the front desk was rude checking me in and when asked how long given I had waited 35 minutes already, she didn’t have an answer and just asked me to wait. Don’t waste your time here. Go elsewhere.
I was frustrated when my provider was changed for the third time at the practice my daughter and I used to visit, so I decided to search for a new option nearby. That’s when I found Summit Health, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The staff and doctors are incredibly kind and attentive, and I love that they offer everything I need in one place— from gynecology and mammograms to dermatology. It’s so convenient and reassuring to have access to such comprehensive care under one roof. Highly recommend!
