Dr Thwing is a great doctor. He cares about his patients as humans and not just numbers for insurance dollars. He is patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and his goals are to make us well or help in any way if we need a specialist. He is a caring and honest and he will be taking care of me hopefully for a long time.
I always bragged on the service from Dr Alum and his staff up until just recently. I went to him in Feb on pain in my arms and shoulders and legs. He took blood work for several different types of arthritis. So finally after several calls over 2 weeks trying to find out my results I find out that they schedule me for an appointment with an orthopedic Dr. Becker I called them to get paper work completed b4 going there and they asked me which knee it was. Beware of Summit Medical Group Merchants Rd, I was “profiled” as new patient; was given back my copay and was told, “I don’t want you as a patient”, “why”, I won’t prescribe the drugs you are on”! I called Humana they were livid!! Your insurance co follows you health,medicines you take and have concern for you. I also reported Dr Julius Von Clef, Powell, was a patient for 30 yrs! Person at Weisgarber told me I was “black-listed” and “you need to go elsewhere”

He was my Dr. From day one! I will miss him terribly! He was a real friend also.
I miss him so much! I don’t know if he can be replaced
