Just awful. Doctors who are annoyed when a patient is concerned about test results does not foster a feeling of safety and security. Will NEVER be treated by doctors under this group EVER again. A patient is entitled to proper attention and respect. It's a shame Summit Medical's only concern is the bottom line.... MONEY!
while the medical treatment was good the billing process has been atrocious. The billing team has not provided an accounting of what is outstanding and they randomly process my payments to whatever invoice they deem fit. I have found this entire experience frustrating and on this basis alone, I would reccomend you go elsewhere.
Dr Purohit has been wonderful she helped get me on the right track and recover from Plantar Faciaitis Love her it’s been wonderful
Correct your billing practice, and listen to your patient so that they don't feel cheated..
The administrative staff treats patients terribly. If you have a problem there is no help. A referral from one doctor to another at Summit is a nightmare. I was told to prepare to go into Overlook Hospital for 4 days but they failed to ever contact the hospital. And when we asked for help we were told the supervisor in the cardiac group is too busy to talk to you. Have moved on to another medical practice. All the medical people are fine, docs, techs and nurses but the administrative staff treats patients as if you are nothi... read more
Sandy in the radiology department was very professional, friendly and explained everything she was doing.
Love the doctors hate trying to call and get a hold of them. Also impossible to get lab results. I miss the old fashioned contact with your physician. I am waiting for them now to mail me a letter giving permission to use my email to send results ridiculous
