I've lived at Boulder Ridge for 4 years and have seen quite the turn over in management. Regardless, the amount of packages stolen or cars broken into.. stay relatively the same with little to no action done. I wouldn't say its a common occurrence but something could easily be done with cameras. My big issue with this management is that within the last 4 years.. I have had people repeatedly walk into my apartment without announcing themselves or announcing themselves and walking in far too quickly. In fact- I once was in the... read more
