I have used summit lawn and landscape on my apartment developments for years. They truly give a top notch service. They do all my lawn and landscape services, as well as snow removal. In my opinion, they provide great quality and great service, and they are great to deal with all around.
We have used Summit Lawn & Landscape for our personal residence, as well as our commercial building. They show up to do our maintenance when scheduled, and have never let us down with their performance! I would not consider using another company!!
These guys and gals are top notch! Best service and quality in town.
Today was the second time this season that one of your technicians has not shown up for an appointment. I will be finding a new company
Seems like the people in the office and such are decent folk who want to please the customer, but the overall experience with trying to get things achieved is incredibly lacking. No one lets you know when they're arriving, we had bulbs that we wanted planted when they came out to 'do' planting, but since they never said when they were coming, the bulbs didn't get out. We planted hydrangeas, put markers on them, and even tho they were leafed out, these guys pulled them up!!! Not satisfied at all, and we're going to try out a ... read more
I can't give these guys 5 stars because it took a couple of trips to get things right due to scheduling conflicts. Now though things are great. I have used these folks for three years now and am very pleased with the work they do.
We were scheduled to have our lawn cleaned/mowed by Summit Lawn & Landscape today during the afternoon. When we arrived home from work, the yard was clearly untouched. I did not receive a single call to inform me that no one was going to be able to make it today, or that they would need to reschedule, ect. And since we got home after 5pm (when they close) we were not able to inquire what happened. We will now be contacting a different company. You lost our business before we could even see your work, SL&L.
