My mortgage company did an escrow analysis and because my homeowners insurance skyrocketed my escrow balance was going to be short, by a lot. That meant I either paid a large lump sum - over $1000 or they would increase my mortgage payment by over $90 per month to cover the deficit. Matt Collins has been exceptional, always attentive, quickly responsive & has saved us a ton of money. Very thankful.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent call with “Gerald” was unbelievably unprofessional. He was rude, condescending, and repeatedly cut me off mid-sentence. Instead of assisting me, he rushed me off the phone, saying he couldn’t help and for me to call someone else. I’ve never encountered such disrespect in customer service and am deeply disappointed.
We have had a great experience! Matthew has been able to save us money and service was great!
