VERY rude receptionist. She hung up when I asked for her name and yelled at me when I was inquiring about appointments. Never experienced such treatment from a doctors office. There is a review that speaks about the same rude treatment, it was definitely the same woman.
I have always received excellent, thorough, thoughtful and compassionate Care at EBAC.
I stared with EBAC back in 2005 when it was in Berkeley through September 2024. I have experienced their help and support for 19 years. They are excellent. Dr. Jeff Burack saved my life multiple times and is one of the most caring doctors I have ever used. The staff from top to bottom is excellent, empathetic, caring. and knowledgeable.
