Too many “you can’t do this. “ “we don’t have that.” The menu is already small and we are there to make memories. They could do better!

DON’t WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RESTAURANT!! Go up for the view and then right back down. Went to Summit House to celebrate my birthday and extremely disappointed. For the price we paid our food and service should of been fabulous. My daughter and I both ordered the steak frites. Not only were they over cooked but they had so much pepper on them they were almost inedible. This was our first time on Crystal Mountain. We had hamburgers and fries at the restaurant. It was an exceptional burger and the fries were great as well. Service was attentive and friendly, and the setting and view is to die for! It was expensive however but seeing that they have to get all the supplies up the mountain it didn't surprise us. Best view of Mt Ranier in the area too.
The food is subpar. Spent $80 for dinner for two. Ordered calamari sticks and they give you five. Spent $28 a piece for 2 steak dinners and the quality is poor. What you’re paying for is the patio view, but on this Friday evening it was closed because of shortages of waitstaff. Many of your patrons come from afar and make reservations to eat at your restaurant because of the view and for the prices that you charge, the food quality should be better. You can do better. Great menu selection, best views of Mt Rainier. Indoor/outdoor dining available. Get there before 12:30 for lunch, otherwise be prepared to be put on a wait.
