Can’t comment on how he is at his job but he should conduct himself in a better manner outside of work. Yelling at and mocking a fast food employee just because he didn’t get his food as fast as he would have liked. All while in his company truck! Not smart or professional. I get that it’s frustrating to wait that long but come on. Have a little more self control. I wouldn’t hire someone who treats others like that for any job.

This Man risked the safety of my family by driving like an idiot.Then was arrogant when they called the number on his company truck.If thats the best professionalism he has I wouldnt trust him to inspect a dog house.He needs his driving skills inspected

Wants to make to sure your house is safe when he can’t even be safe out on the road?! Heading out of Hayward & he decides to drive like a moron! Passes in a double yellow line & going well over the speed limit. We call the number on the truck to report his erratic driving & he answers & reply’s with well what are you going to do about it?! Well buddy, your professionalism & horrible driving will now be known to all. I hope you can learn how to be a better business owner.

We had Steven Smith of Summit Home Inspection do the inspection of a vacation home that we were buying near Hayward. We scheduled the inspection on a day that we could be there and he allowed me to follow him around and ask questions during the inspection which was very helpful as I had never owned a home with a well or septic system. He discovered a problem with the well which the owner then fixed before we bought the house.
