We had a horrible experience with Summit. We ended up doing 99% of the care taking of my mother. We called our nurse while my mother was passing, just 5 hours prior to her passing, as we needed a very important piece of medical equipment to make this process more comfortable for her and the nurse never returned our call. We had to make our own calls to get the equipment we needed. There was no offer for having someone there to help us during the death. I absolutly love this company!! I started working for them in May after my father and father-in-law passed away and I saw the value and meaning of Hospice work... Great company!!
