I just had a Navien boiler/ hot water heater combo unit installed. I wish to thank Dwayne for his time and effort in making this happen. Dwayne you are awesome thank you so much! The installation crew and servicemen were very knowledgeable, very professional and very courteous. Answered every question that I might have and then some. The Technician, Dylan, arrived early in the 4 hour window given for the appointment. He checked my system to ensure it was ready for the fall/winter. I've been very satisfied in all my dealings with Summit Heating and Air.
We had a minor repair and winter service under our contract. The technicians Dylan and Ed did a great job, kept me informed and were professional. We continue to have a great experience with Summit, I highly recommend them for service, maintenance and new installations.
they were wonderful and very helpful. didnt push unnecessary item on us and was very good and explaining what was wrong and the approaches to fix the problem. very happy with them
Wow!!! What can I say? Summit HVAC WAS AMAZING!!!!! From the first call I made until my NEW and LOVELY system was installed and running GREAT is what comes to mind. My daughter n I returned to my house after dinner to step in water. She thought the dog had an accident but that was not the case. The water was coming from the attic.
