arrived at summit storage with only two minutes to spare before they closed .Jenifer was behind the counter. She just was amazing and very professional. Without hesitation we started finishing the process for my storage unit . She wasn’t in an hurry and explained everything very clearly the next thing I knew we were done . Thank you Jennifer you made my experience very pleasant and satisfying .

You get a couple months cheap and from there prices increase substantially and also raise prices yearly. I was paying around 113 for a 10x10 unit, with insurance and I'm now at roughly 220. It heated, but it is NOT cooled - facility gets super hot, and it's almost impossible to go at certain times during summer bcuz of the heat. They also don't notify you before they charge you fees, so you may not even know until you go to pay.. and you have to pay IN FULL - and can only use 1 form of payment, you can't pay partial payments... read more

Somebody who always was very helpful for my father‘s and his storage unit last year and my Unit this year Wendy was very proactive and customer service satisfaction. I would recommend to my family and friends.
