I scheduled an appointment to see someone at this urgent care because I was not feeling well at all. Upon arrival the woman at the front yells out to everyone “if you’re here for urgent care scan the QR code to register” so I followed as instructed and wait to be called. No where during this time or the time that I waited did she say if you have an appointment let me know. I ended waiting an hour past my appointment time. Unsure why this place has only 3 stars. It’s clean, the staff is friendly, kind, and professional. Came here today to drop off my boyfriend for a surgery. Decided to stay and do some work. They have lots of different waiting rooms, a cafe and conference center. The front desk when you first walk in the main emergency has a kind, bilingual woman at the desk. So far it’s very comfortable waiting, and everyone is very kind and helpful when I asked multiple questions. They also have a vending machine with healthy and not snacks ... read more

I’ve visited this urgent care twice now. Yes, the wait can be long, but I believe it’s worth it. This is the first doctor’s office where I truly feel seen and heard. Today, I came in after being told by another doctor that I just had a cold. However, the team here quickly identified that something more serious was going on. They ran tests, did blood work, took x-rays, and gave me an IV. After the x-ray, they diagnosed me with pneumonia.
