Along with the many other reviews on the similar issue, Summit has made cancellation extremely difficult and has refused to acknowledge our effort to cancel the appointment and continued to charge a no-show fee. They will likely respond to this review saying they have no record of us calling to cancel the appointment even though I have evidence of the call details on my phone. Save yourself the hassle and the cost and find an alternative travel clinic.
Do not give your credit card information to Summit. They are happy to take a booking by phone but make cancellation difficult. We were charged for appointments we cancelled even thing we gave due notice.
