Dr Napoli and all the staff took care of me in a very professional way.excellent experience.
Waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room. They couldn’t give me any idea when I would be seen by Doctor other than, “We are calling in his 11:20 appointments now.” Then I had to wait 15 minutes for them to cancel my co pay.
This doctor’s office is awesome. If you show up on time they get you right in, there’s usually no delay and you’re in and out. They’re very fast, efficient, warm and friendly. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else.
EDIT: Did it REALLY take them over a year to respond to this? Kind of proves my point, don't you think? The acquisition is a shame. Their customer service reps have me looking for a new doctor. I've used both Dr. Meyer and Dr. Napoli for various issues over the years but unfortunately both times I've called the office recently the people were very rude. One woman actually hung up on me after I waited on hold for a while.
