If you require a service animal, I recommend going elsewhere. The primary care office will look for any reason to mislabel, discriminate, or remove your service animal.
While my primary doctor and specialist are amazing. And check in is easy and friendly - the lab is terrible. They have no sense of understanding of patient care and are the worst part of this hub. I have had to call Patient relations 3 times because of their atrocious service. This lab is convenient and the only reason I continue to put up with this nonsense.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I made an appointment on their website as a new patient with a gynecologist. When I came to the appt I found out they had canceled it because it was scheduled incorrectly (not on my end, but technically no new patient appt should have gone through). I was told I was sent a message on the portal on their website, which I wouldn’t think to go back on since I already made an appointment, and that they left me a voicemail which was untrue because I had no voicemail from them.
