These people received an appointment for my four year old son, and when I arrived they said they called me to let me know that the doctor does not accept children under 10. I was already on my way on the train and did not have signal to take the call. Why would they call me like one hour before the appointment to let me know that. Get you stuff together making people take a whole trip over there, and loose time.
I had an overall disappointing experience at Summit Health ENT with Dr. Stephen Warman. While the office itself was fine, there were several red flags during and after my visit that left me uncomfortable. Dr. Warman’s demeanor came across as arrogant, and at times his explanations felt condescending rather than helpful. I didn’t feel fully respected or heard as a patient. Never answered the phone.It takes you somewhere else.So you can't even reschedule.Cancel make an appointment. However, the staff is very nice, but they're not bilingual. Big no no for me
