Never answered the phone.It takes you somewhere else.So you can't even reschedule.Cancel make an appointment. However, the staff is very nice, but they're not bilingual. Big no no for me

Went in for a 1:45 appointment it’s now 3:30 and the receptionist decided to check me in just now. Made me wait after signing all the forms necessary and not even an apology
I went there for an appointment that was scheduled and confirmed with Dr. Steven Celestin. I went to the reception to only be told that there was a miss communication and had to reschedule. It took them 15 minutes to come with an excuse. I suggest to everyone to NOT go there.
