I drive 4 hours to be seen here. They are very dedicated on getting you to feel better as well as follow through. They respond quickly and always have your best interest at heart. So grateful for them for helping me get my life back.
This practice was awesome in the beginning the PA was seeing was great it's terrible how one bad experience can ruin things. Luckily they are Not the only Doctors in this profession. There rude staff (not all) ruined the experience. I receive care else where now they are better and not rude so far things happen but office managers and staff should never be rude to patience they don't belong inan Admin profession if personal business cannot be separate. My first appt went really well. I appreciate the communication thru the patient portal. Dr. Dorian and I created a plan to help me w my headaches. I'm very optimistic.
When I first started at this practice a few years ago I had nothing but good things to say. However over the last ~year and a half I had such a negative experience I have decided to receive care elsewhere. There are hidden fees with everything to a point where 10 minute telehealth visits are costing $150 for an in network provider. It also seems that they are growing in a way that they cannot keep up and experiencing large turnover in staff. As an established patient they couldn’t get me in for a follow up for 7 months.
