Braeden and his team worked nonstop and made my dream of buying my own home come true even though it seemed like an impossible goal. If you’re looking for a lender, he is your guy. If any of my friends or family were looking to buy a home, I would 100% insist that they go to Braeden at Summit Funding.
We had many conversations with Rudy Gonzalez about buying a house . All he did was just giving us the run around. We did what he wanted still wouldn’t help us. He’s in it for the money and not wanting to help first time home buyers . I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . I found someone that’s helping us buy a house
