They called me back right away, had someone out to the property the same day. They installed fire extinguishers so that I could keep my insurance and were super helpful and accommodating! They were able to do all of that before any of the other businesses even gave me a call back!
I have been doing property management for years and never experienced such a terrible company! After many unanswered calls, I finally got through and set up to get multiple places serviced for fire extinguishers. We got a bill for $1350 dollars for a few fire extinguishers and servicing. They do not tell you they charge $35 just to go to each place. We finally got them serviced and I went to show a unit for rent and noticed that we were charged for units not serviced or replaced. They will ck and certify your dated fire extinguisher, or refill. $7 for check and $40 to refill an older canister.
They do a good job. The service techs are very knowledgeable and friendly.
