Paying Bill – Why is Summit Finacial so far behind times? Really would like to be able to pay bill on a secure internet site. Sent my bill 4 days ago and still not posted it its only a 2 day delivery from where I live. Please look into setting up a pay bill on your site. Thank you Tracy
Rude Nasty People – This company is the worst to work with I went to a dealership here in town and they picked this company for me if I would have known that I have been paying interst for the last 4 years I would have never signed on the dotted line. They are the most rudest people to deal with and leave threating voice mails on my phone every day. I shorted them 80 dollars on my pymt this month and now they want to repo the car. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! – There are by far the worse to work with ! and they will get you like no one else will. The staff over the phone are rude and not friendly at all, they will even give you a hard time when your asking about your own personal information.
IT IS WHAT IT IS – I don't understand the other reviews. You know you had to pay higer iterest rates when you went to the car lot with bad credit. I have had a vehicle financed with Summit for a year. Yeah I do have high interest, but I knew that when I signed the paperwork. I lost my job in May, and they have done nothing but work with me to get the payments in. I have had no bad experiences with them.
bad place to get a loan – my husband and i have a car through them and we got down on our luck will instead of giving us a couple days to come up with the money they want to repo our car so we can not get back and forth to work so we will lose our jobs as well they do not give you a chance .they are the worst company to deal with. i am hiring a lawer to deal with them
Terrible for business – Summit Financial is designed to offer people with bad credit High intertest rate loans. I currently hold a policy with them at 18% interest rate. I went to take my car in for a trade after I've had it for 1 year. It was purchased for $12,800 WHY DO I OWE $14,900 on this policy? This is because unlike most policies, if you decide to make a pay-off you still owe the interest. summit is a ripoff – summit is charging too much per month with interest rates that are costing the amount owed on their vehicle loans to go up not down // they are not willing to work with their clients // do not get a vehicle loan with them
Payments made only increased the amount owed. – My daughter signed a note with Summit Financial for $17,000. The payments were $541.00 per month. After ten months of payments of $541.00 per month, her balance is $17,300. Stay away from Summit Financial.
