very rude – rude,rude,rude,ive never been late on payments i am a great custermer i could not understand her broken english thats not my fault. everytime i told her i was sorry ,but i could not undestand her she would stick me on hold and then come back after a min or two ,and say understand me now? why would i ever refer a friend to a place that treats it good paying custermers like that they tripped over the hundred to pick up the doller....,she was an older lady who would not give me her name in the payoff dept....
Always friendly and professional. – Never a problem and now that they accept credit cards it is much more convenient. Everyone has always been friendly and professional. As far as interest rate and terms of payments, I agreed to pay when I bought my car. I am thankful that they took me on as a client. If I am late, I call and let them know. They even allow one missed payment every 12 months and add that payment on to the end of the loan. Real People – My experiance has been pretty good. No problems at all. Yes, you do have a higher interest rate which is to be expected with a secondary financing company. It's somewhat of an inconvience not to be able to make a payment online, or with an automated telephone service. Overall pretty good though. I haven't had any experiences with rude employees. An Honest Opinion. Please Read – Summit Financial is no better than a predatory loan company. They should really be investigated by the BBB. I was duped by the dealer to finance with Summit. Worst Company EVER – I completly understand we have to pay high interest rates due to our previouse credit history and we are fortunate to have a company finance us! However we are paying for it so there is no need for the rude reps and horrible customer service they go way to far! Avoid this rude girl named LACORA! She's horrible! – I call in each month to confirm my payment amount and date because I think they like to know exactly when and how much. This company is horrible at sending statements and when they do, it's a very vague statement with no history or breakdown of anything (like balance, paid, ect.) SUMMIT FINANCIAL IS NOT A BAD COMPANY – The way i see it, we all pay high interest rates due to our credit situation. I knew going in, and I'm okay with it. I read the reviews on here and most of them are about their customer service, and honestly I have never had a problem with them. Very Rude people – I have my car loan with Summit, I never read the reviews on them otherwise I would have probably not gotten my car loan with them. Its true that the interest is very high and I understand for us that unfortunately for one reason or another has a bad credit. customer service from hell – I understand personally about the high interest rate... u have bad credit then that's what u pay for. My problem with this company is that, like mentioned above, they have the worst customer service ever!! The people are highly rude and disrespectful, leaving voicemails over and over again to repo your car even if u are a day late!!! DON'T SIGN THE PAPER IF THIS IS WHERE YOUR LOAN HAS TO BE WITH!!!!
