From the moment I walked in I was greeted by staff welcoming me as a new patient. My experience for exam was great and staff was caring and gentle.
Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t great. At our first visit, the female dentist came across as very judgmental when telling me my daughter had eight cavities. After I explained that my daughter has developmental challenges and has been in occupational therapy, her tone changed, but the interaction left a bad impression. At our next visit, we saw a different dentist, but after my daughter’s filling she had pain for about two weeks and had to return because there seemed to be an issue with the enamel.
