I lived in Arizona from 2011-2015 and this is the dentist I went to. I never ever had a problem. In fact, I loved them! In 2015 we moved to Utah and then in January 2019 we moved back to Goodyear. I called today (12/3/19) to get an appointment because I am having tooth sensitivity near a filling.
