Summit Family Dental's staff and new office are wonderful! I really appreciate the staff helping with my girls when I needed to bring them along during my appointment. They are always welcoming and very helpful. I recommend them to everyone!
This is a warm, welcoming staff of not only highly trained professionals, but also very caring as well. I've had a few bad experiences with shots, but they are gentle. Dr. Erickson performed some dental heroics saving 2 teeth that were destined for the extraction pile. I would highly recommend this office. You won't be disappointed!
ooops I think I originally did this in the comment section... anyway... I love this clinic... I feel at ease, i feel I am given complete professionalism by everyone there, and the work on my teeth which has ranged from cleanings to crowns over a three year period with several different staff members has been excellent. The new building is designed with adept attention to customer comfort and the technology is not notch. I feel lucky to have found them. - Dan Nicoletta
Son used to be so afraid of the dentist but now has no problems. They were so kind and easy with him! Could not ask for a better place!
Hands down the best dentist office I've ever been to (and I've moved/skipped around a ton). Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel like family. I'm always at ease and relaxed right when I walk in... and let's be honest, when does that ever happen at a dentist office?! Not to mention their new building is beautiful!
I work at the airport and I was listening to 101.9 lite fm when I heard them advertising summit care dental. After hearing the advertisement on summit care dental, I went online and looked up summit care dental. Once I found it, I saw that they had a 5.0 rate. I decided to make in appointment and I'm glad I did. They are the best. They are nice, friendly and amazing. They treat you very nice. I'm happy I found them. Now it's time to get my friends and family to start going there
Every time I go into the office I am always treated so well by Dr. Keck-Erickson and her Dental Assistant Jenny Lindsey. True professionals!
Dr Keck is amazing but today I was treated so disrespectful by the billing office. They told me they bill my insurance out of courtesy that they don't have to. They said most dentist offices don't bill they have the patient bill themselves. Then the supervisor said they don't have the man power to billing repeatedly or to be on the phone with insurance companies. I'm pretty that is their job. They were also treating me this way right after having a filling done.
Seriously the nicest staff! I don't particularly like going to the dentist but Summit made me feel so comfortable. Every person that I interacted with were so friendly and inviting. I would suggest this place to everyone.
