What terrific customer service every staff member shows and gives! Amazing care and professionalism with compassion. The hygienists and dentist are very informative with details about care given and what is expected, and available to answer any questions or concerns. My children had a very easy first experience with this dental office. Dr. Suing is great! Everyone is! Thank you! I highly recommend!
I recently moved to Oregon and truth be told......I was embarrassed that I was over a year OVERDUE.... but, at the same time excited to finally have an appointment. I am a life-long dentistphobe, I would rather run an ice pick into my eye socket than go to the dentist. I am newish in the area, and my daughter recommended Summit Dental. They are AWESOME. To a person, everyone is SO kind and patient. Everything is explained, and they treat you like you are the only patient they will see that day. Dr. Suing was so patient and respectful of my phobia. The care is very thorough and very safe. I am in my mid-60’s, and this is THE BEST dental experience I have ever had!
The best experience I've had at a dental office in the Rogue Valley. Dr. Ian Erickson was thorough, personable, and explained what he was doing. I highly recommend this office!
Thanks to Summit and Dr. Suing for your kind and gentle approach with my son. He has always struggled with terrible anxiety and oral sensitivity making dentist appointments a nightmare. I’ve been seeing Ian since he first started out in Grants Pass alongside his father. I was only 7yrs old then, and am now 24. My children also now see him as well. Every staff member I’ve encountered have been exceptionally personable, respectful, and have excellent quality patient relations. I’ve attached a picture of my daughter after her first dental exam with Ian when she was 2! I HIGHLY recommend Summit Family Dental Care.
Being a dental hygienist for over 20 years I had pretty high expectations when I meet Dr. Erickson. I can honestly say that my dental visit was the best I ever had. His dental work is outstanding & his professionalism was first class! Thank you Dr. Erickson, McKenna & Tyra for making my visit comfortable & fun.
