Excellent service as always. Dr. Millard is always thorough and informative and the assistants are very good and helpful. Also I like that im treated as though the appearance of my teeth are as important to them as myself.
As a person who formerly had extreme fear of dental procedures, I feel qualified to give a fair review. I’ve been a patient here for 2 or 3 years and have received excellent care! All the staff here is knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. Mostly I’ve seen Dr Millard and I love having him as my dentist! The assistants are great too. Modern facility, great staff. Highly recommend!
Great attention to detail. Always concerned about my comfort. The Doctors attendant was very good. She explained everything to me. The X-ray machine was explained along with some procedures. My questions were all answered. I did have a problem finding you. There was a lot of traffic at Ankeny Blvd and 18th street. I was coming down Hwy 69 from AMES and turned left onto 18th. First visit was for a broken tooth. Dr Millard and staff fixed it so quickly and painlessly that I stayed for a routine cleaning and exam. From entering the practice to leaving, all the staff were pleasant, helpful, and attentive to my needs.
For the second time now, I broke a tooth in the evening and showed up at Summit Family Dental at 7am the next morning hoping there was some way they could squeeze me in that day. They not only took care of me right away, they did it all with a smile! I'm guessing my emergency probably threw a wrench into their schedule that morning, but they were so gracious you'd never know it. These folks don't just talk about customer service, they deliver it!

I am in process of getting an implant and so far no pain. I really hate the big hole in upper jaw caused by missing tooth.
From the moment I made the first call, you guys have been so helpful and awesome. You even made an effort to call me by African name. Thanks so much for your genuine concern for my oral health and hygiene. God bless you all. You all rock!
