I have decided to no longer be a patient at a clinic who continues to allow a very rude and dismissive receptionist mistreat patients. I believe it borders on abuse. Noting other comments on this forum, it has been going on for years, the most recent comments before mine are just 2 months ago & 8 months before that. I have to agree, love Dr. Macedo but the receptionist is beyond rude. Next time I will not hesitate to let her know that we are human beings on the other end of the phone. What a horrible representation of a community clinic that has been here in st. Albert for years.
Iv been going to this clinic my whole life, my children even go to this clinic. However lately I have found the receptionist to be incredibly rude. They have no respect for you as a patient or person. I say this in the nicest way but some people should not be working with the public, and unfortunately that is how I am feeling with the current receptionist. Hopefully that changes soon as bad starf can make a whole clinic get a not so great reputation.
everytime i call them they hang up on me. they’re either not answering for 30+ minutes at a time or they say hello and immediately hang up. i need to talk to my doctor…
