Receptionists here are rude and unhelpful at the best of times - that’s when you even manage to get through to anyone. Phone lines are only open for short windows, and they might get to you at some point if it’s convenient. Doctors are fine, just really hard to access.
I have decided to no longer be a patient at a clinic who continues to allow a very rude and dismissive receptionist mistreat patients. I believe it borders on abuse. Noting other comments on this forum, it has been going on for years, the most recent comments before mine are just 2 months ago & 8 months before that. I have to agree, love Dr. Macedo but the receptionist is beyond rude. Next time I will not hesitate to let her know that we are human beings on the other end of the phone. What a horrible representation of a community clinic that has been here in st. Albert for years.
