Unreasonable billing amount - I visited Summit ENT / Stanford Health Care twice in early April and they charged me $700 and $500 for each visit. I also had horrible service because Dr. Li made me wait an hour for my first visit and half an hour for second visit. Apparently they charged me $500 for "consultation" and $200 for "actual treatment" from my first visit. What consultation? All you did was make me wait an hour and tell me that you can't give full treatment at that moment besides checking my blood pressure LOL. So I ... read more
