The office staff and manager are a detriment to this workplace. They refuse to assist with anything, which causes a unnecessary disruption in care and treatment that the physician ordered! As a healthcare provider, I've never encountered such unprofessionalism before. I wonder if the physician is aware of this. I had to find another practice.
What an awful office staff. I have called multiple times for a follow up phone call. After going back and fourth with office staff since January I call today, middle of April, still no answers. They tell me it’s going to take 30 days. I say it’s obscured that I have to wait another 30 days, the office staff replies with “It’s just weight loss it’s not life threatening it’s not a rush!” I guess they don’t need every patient. That practice has no idea how their staff treats patients.

My diabetes was uncontrolled when I went to Dr. Vydro, after about half a year my A1C went from 10 down to 6.8! They are very attentive to your needs, and are also very interested in preventing future issues. I feel very heard, and taken care of in their care! Would definitely recommend anyone with Diabetes to go here. They also do Tele-health which really helps me out!
Dr. Vydro is wonderful, however, the receptionist Valerie is very condescending (including making rude remarks about medical history), so it taints the experience.
