The office staff and manager are a detriment to this workplace. They refuse to assist with anything, which causes a unnecessary disruption in care and treatment that the physician ordered! As a healthcare provider, I've never encountered such unprofessionalism before. I wonder if the physician is aware of this. I had to find another practice.
What an awful office staff. I have called multiple times for a follow up phone call. After going back and fourth with office staff since January I call today, middle of April, still no answers. They tell me it’s going to take 30 days. I say it’s obscured that I have to wait another 30 days, the office staff replies with “It’s just weight loss it’s not life threatening it’s not a rush!” I guess they don’t need every patient. That practice has no idea how their staff treats patients.
