I visited for my 1st colonoscopy..2/19/2025 and I had a wonderful experience.. front desk staffs were very friendly and professional. Also nurse Kim , Dr. holt, Dr. Burney, and the anesthesiologist all was wonderful, caring,and professional..Thanks for the wonderful service and making me feel comfortable..🫶🫶
Procedure fast and easy as expected, but quite an assembly line format. No doctor ever came and spoke with me (the wife) but a nurse called and told me to pull around and pick him up. I’m a nurse and actually work in surgical services. I am appalled at a physician never speaking to a family member after a procedure ever! Now families can’t go back in post op (I get that personally), but having a tech or nurse call and say “he’s ready pull around front” but no conversation w a doctor (especially considering medical issues and... read more
An extremely combative intake person intentionally misrepresented what I had said to her to the anesthesiologist, resulting in the cancellation of my procedure. My entire Labor Day weekend devoted to prep for the procedure, all for nothing. Wrote complaints to their administrator and to the state board.
Very, very disrespectful of the patient’s time. Any timeline they give you - triple it.
Yesterday I had a colonoscopy done by a group of professionals. Very kind people, very efficient. It was very easy to see the group that worked on me took pride in what they do. Thank you: Cris, Sheryl, Jessica, Lauren and Dr. Burney.
