From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with the nicest and professional staff. Each and every one of them are now my BFFs! As a former Regestered Dental Assistant (RDA), I was impressed with Dr. Yoshida's State of the Art equipment for Xrays, camera's, and Prophy (teeth cleaning) products and procedures. Dr. Yoshida is intentional in maintaining the most up-to-date procedures and education for herself and her staff.
Everone there is super nice. I sat in the waiting room for about 30 seconds. I am used to sitting around, waiting for things to happen, waiting for the actual Doctor, etc, but that didn't happen. Everything went quickly, comfortably, and efficiently. At no point, was I just sitting by myself, waiting for someone. That's pretty amazing in my opinion. Everyone there was great, especially Dr. Yoshida. She was very helpful and compassionate. I highly recommend Summit Dental.
Friendly staff and the office runs on time! In Big Bear, there's no other dentist I'd trust to take care of my pearly whites. Give Kristine a try and I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
I had a fantastic experience at Summit Dental. The reception team was great and made scheduling the appointment really easy. They directed me to complete the intake paperwork online ahead of time, which made everything quick and smooth when I arrived. Once I got to the office, I was really impressed that they brought me in right on time with no delay. That alone is rare these days. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and very professional.
