If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever received anywhere. Took time off of work to try to get in..then didn’t get a phone call to follow up that I had given them the wrong insurance card. No apology from the front desk, just a smart mouthed reply from the other representative that she had called the insurance. Always the friendliest atmosphere and most caring for our family in every circumstance. I really appreciate how personable the staff are even after years of attending. Went to the summit dental day and it went great they pulled my tooth and we're fast and very friendly the whole time thanks a lot everyone
