The dentist I went to was great, the front office staff sucks. They tell you they are scheduling you for one thing and you show up and it is a completely different appt. They store your credit card number in the system and besides me begging to get it removed they refused! I had to get a new one and change it with all the companies I have on automatic withdrawals. The one stupid front office lady wanted to know if I wanted them to charge my insurance or if I wanted to just pay it?!! It would have taken a normal dentist 3 vis... read more
Great staff!! Got right in even being a first time patient. I am TERRIFIED of dentists and they made me feel very calm.
I was a little scared to change Dentists for my 3 year old since he really lived his last one, but wow this place has this wonderful women Dentists(can't remember her name) that totally knows how to help a little boy feel welcome and forget any fears he has. I would recommend her to anyone!
I had the best experience ever! Great people and great service. They also do awesome with children! I have twins that are 3, and Tammy Benak-Doerr knows just what to do to keep them calm and happy! The kids ask to go back! :) I would recommend to anyone!
Great staff and friendly service, strongly reccommend this place for good dental work.
