I called when my then current dentist was unavailable. I was impressed by the front office and their immediate concern with getting my issue taken care of. Billing is always prepared for me to review and the insurance claims are processed promptly and correctly. Since then they have been very efficient in scheduling my follow ups and making changes when my schedule changed. Dr Kiem is very personable and competent. I would recommend Glacier Dental to anyone with teeth. I have received friendly, professional care from front desk staff, hygienist and Dr. Keim. They don't push treatment that is unnecessary. It's a positive workplace. I also appreciate that they are active contributors to our community as a whole.
