#3. Given a printout of treatment options. Would not call this as an explanation of financial options. Price for #1, price for #2 and price for #3, if this is an explanation of financial options, a little more information would have been helpfull.

Less appointment reminders. Two or three are fine but I believe between emails and text messages I received 4-5. I totally understand your desire not to have "no shows" since I do work in a private practice but I think the amount you send out boarders on annoying. Otherwise I give your practice the highest rating. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Pierce for over 17 years, it is so wonderful to see it bloom over the years.
Claudia needs to work more often because if you need to cancel an appointment, it can take at least another two months. This time, however, following a death in our family, I was put on a waiting list, and that worked out fine. I've been seeing her for 25 years, approximately, and she is the only hygienist I can remember seeing.
Summit Dental is one of the great things about living in Boise!
