It is always great to see Jennifer, Dr. Mooney and the rest of your staff. It is always a positive experience. Yeah - no cavities!!
I felt very comfortable in your office. Dr. Mooney and Angela were both very kind, professional and competent. I think I've found my "forever dentist"!!!

Couldn't fill out the new paticent paper work on my iPad. A lot of people use iPads. Get a format that doesn't require Flash please :)
They never contacted my insurance provider to give me a complete cost breakout after insurance.
It was good to see both Stacey and Lance. They are both very thorough. They always tell me what I should be doing, but are never judgmental when I fail to meet their expectations! The new technology for taking x-rays makes that a lot easier for this gagger, and the new office is very comfortable.
The wait was rather long in the waiting room.
No issues. Perhaps a discount for "not insured".
