I am 75 and grew up afraid of dentists. This crew completely changed my mind. I had a molar pulled and a crown done. Can't complain about anything. Day 2 and the pain is gone. Just like a black and blue hurt, Thanks for a job well done. Bravo Zulu
My visit was very good. My technician explained every step of the procedure, constantly checked to make sure I wasn't experiencing any discomfort. Overall an excellent visit.
Excellent. Everyone is very nice, efficient and thorough.
I personally won't be going back, although the Dentist and office staff are great. I'm beyond disappointed, office staff processed inaccurate insurance information to verify insurance from a prior company employed but than realized after I brought to office attention it was wrong yet very puzzled because when scheduling appointment I provided the current insurance. A huge error, could have been prevented to insure proper insurance coverage.
Nancy was considerate, careful, concerned and clever.
Being new to the area, it’s always a daunting task finding new healthcare providers. I had a wonderful experience from scheduling the appointment to the end of my visit. The staff at the front desk was so kind, friendly and thorough and both the hygienist and dentist followed suit. I am so happy to have found this practice for my family and I. We will definitely be long time patients :)
Dr. Liu and staff are professional and courteous. Explains everything to you. Goes above and beyond!
